2. Sharing my experience of HFMD. Both my children has HFMD in 2007 till 2008 for 3 times. There's no medician cure this HFMD till today. I will be sharing how I learnt about HFMD, how I manage their diet during HFMD, how I followup after their recovering and how I managed to prevent them from infection again since 2009 till now.

3. How I help my active children to learn? Especially sit still and do something...

4. Sharing on the important of breakfast for our children.
