Recently I came accross this method, "souping" my kids both leg into warm water help to improve their immu system... it works!
How to Do :
time : 30 mins before sleep
water level as per picture attached, near to knee
1. "soup" in water of 38 to 40 C degree
2. soup till they are perspiring
3. clean and dry water with towel
4. wear socks sleep
